We want you to feel safe when visiting our sites. Therefore, we take the protection of your data very seriously.

The following explanation provides you with an overview on how we ensure this protection and which type of data is collected for which purpose.

Data protection
Dallmeier electronic, as operator of this site, takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and particularly respects the rules of data protection (e.g. Telemediengesetz (TMG), the German Teleservice Act and the Rundfunksstaatsvertrag (RStV), the German Interstate Broadcasting Agreement). On this website, personal data or data which possibly enables identification is collected only to the extent necessary to technically maintain this website. Your data will only be transmitted to third parties if this is necessary to process your enquiries or upon your agreement. We will never sell the data collected nor disclose it to third parties for any other reasons.

Data processing on this website
Whenever you access one of our internet sites to read or download information, Dallmeier electronic automatically collects and records the access data in a protocol file on its server. This access data is sent by your browser.

They include:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited site)
  • Host name and IP address of your PC and router respectively
  • Date and time of the server request

The data is stored for statistical evaluation and to fend off any inadmissible inquiries of our website. We thereby also record any access to the various contents of our websites. The evaluation of that data helps us adjust and optimise the websites to meet your requirements.

In the process we do not make any personal exploitation of the information. We also do not merge the data with other data sources. If the internet offer permits the entry of personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, postal addresses), the surrender of the data by the user is made explicitly on a voluntary basis. Even in this case, your data will be treated confidentially and not be disclosed to third parties.

We adhere to the statutory deleting periods. As a general rule, the data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to serve the purpose of its recording.

Dallmeier websites use so-called cookies in order to facilitate your registration for areas that are reserved for registered users. That information is also used in order to ensure an individually adjusted appearance of the website for each visitor. A cookie is a small text file which is copied from a web server onto your hard disk and contains information which can later be read by the web server which sent the cookie. However, cookies are not able to execute programmes or infiltrate viruses into your computer.

You have the fundamental option to modify your browser settings to either accept or reject cookies. However, please note that you are not able to use the information offer or other interactive functions within the restricted area of our websites if you have deactivated the acceptance of cookies in your browser.
