Junior Sales Manager (f/m/d) in Madrid

All signs point to growth, which is why we are looking for energetic sales support for our Spanish branch in Madrid as soon as possible.

You will achieve success in sales through your passion for sales, individuality, ambition, independent working style and business management thinking and acting. You enjoy acquiring new customers and face new challenges every day in a solution-oriented and sustainable manner. You succeed in arousing the customer's interest right from the first contact and in determining the customer's added value through targeted questions and active listening. You recognise opportunities straight away and know how to use them. You have bite and use first-class sales and cost / benefit arguments and negotiating skills to conclude a contract. Once you have won a customer, you build up a long-term relationship based on trust.

If you have all this and also have initial experience in sales in Spain and a technical affinity, you will fit in perfectly with us.

Your tasks:

  • Retaining and supporting existing customers
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Continuous identification of market potential on site
  • Preparation of offers
  • Negotiating offers until the conclusion of the contract
  • Appreciative and collegial cooperation with our small team

Your profile:

  • An education with an electrotechnical or IT background paired with an affinity for numbers and commercial understanding are desirable but not a prerequisite
  • Career changers with technical understanding and affinity for capital goods in need of explanation are also welcome
  • Initial, successful experience in sales in Spain, industry experience is ideal
  • Enthusiasm, ambition and sustainability
  • Ability to work in a team and success orientation
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish and English and good manners
  • CRM, ERP and MS Office skills
  • Willingness to travel
