Employee (f/m/d) Sales Backoffice - Customer Acquisition for Dallmeier electronic in Madrid

All signs point to growth, which is why we are looking for energetic support in the area of customer acquisition for our Spanish branch in Madrid to strengthen our international sales team as soon as possible.

  • confident: you are able to communicate with playful ease at all hierarchical levels and can also laugh with our clients once in a while - who likes grumpy people!
  • who, with all due respect and politeness, doesn't let the conversation get out of hand

Your tasks:

  • Intensive market analysis of potential new customers
  • Telephone contact with potential customers and reactivation of existing customers
  • Identifying the appropriate contact person at the customer
  • Professional presentation of our company and products
  • Needs analysis at the customer
  • Making appointments and organising the next steps
  • Reliable data maintenance in our CRM system

Your profile:

  • You have professional experience in telemarketing as well as in telephone scheduling and new customer acquisition
  • A positive charisma and a pleasant voice on the phone as well as negotiating skills and excellent communication skills are part of your personality
  • You have a very good ability to express yourself in Spanish and English
  • You are convincing on the phone with an engaging, competent manner and show a high degree of empathy for your conversation partners
  • You are enthusiastic about technology and have a preference for technological innovations and applications
  • Self-initiative and independent action are part of your structured way of working; furthermore, you know how to organise and motivate yourself
  • You are confident in the use of common user software
