Expert tip: Bandwidth-saving video streaming

One challenge we face again and again in video security projects is the monitoring of sites with poor bandwidth. But how can high-resolution images still be transmitted to the control centre?

One way users can overcome this issue is by using H.265 encoding in combination with intelligent iFrame management (Dynamic GOP) and dynamic frame rate/frame management (Dynamic FPS). This enables customers to achieve an ideal balance between video quality and bit rate.
