The easiest way: Use the Dallmeier ticket system
Once registered and logged in, Dallmeier customers submit their ticket via a user-friendly web interface. Dallmeier support staff thus have immediate access to all relevant data to quickly process the issue.
In the ticket system, users also have a complete overview of their ticket history, can view several tickets in one tab or see their colleagues' tickets – this is important, for example, when they are on sick leave or on holiday.
Alternatively, customers can also send an e-mail to the corresponding support e-mail address.
